Li Auto Owners Clock 74.73 Million Kilometers with AD Assisted Driving During Chinese New Year Break

Li Auto owners covered an impressive 74.73 million kilometers utilizing the AD assisted driving system, including a substantial 49.54 million kilometers with NOA functionality, from February 8-17. This data, released by the company, highlights a notable 89.1 percent increase in travel compared to regular workdays.
Li Auto’s range of extended-range electric vehicles (Vehículos eléctricos) – Li L7, Li L8, y Li L9 – witnessed a surge in usage during the Chinese New Year holiday, with a total accumulation of approximately 518 millones de kilómetros. Out of this, 212 million kilometers were powered solely by electric means, mientras 306 million kilometers relied on fuel.
Li Auto’s report extends slightly beyond the legal holiday period, emphasizing its commitment to transparency. During February 8-17, 355,000 individuals engaged Li Auto’s AD assisted driving system, collectively covering 74.73 million kilometers – a remarkable 121 percent increase from normal usage. The longest distance covered in a single day using AD was an impressive 1,653 Kilómetros.
The holiday season also saw Li Auto owners utilizing the pilot assist feature NOA extensively, contribuyendo a 49.54 million kilometers of the total distance traveled during this period.
Además, Li Auto offered its owners complimentary access to superchargers from February 9-17, resulting in 1.09 million kWh of charged energy. This initiative not only facilitated substantial savings for owners, estimated at RMB 1.6 millón ($220,000), but also underscored Li Auto’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Throughout the holiday period, Li Auto’s 337 supercharging stations provided over 120,000 services, catering to various electric vehicle models, including those from Tesla, BYD, and other brands.
