1. What are the payment methods?
We only accept T/T remittance method (other remittance methods require further communication)
2. What currencies are supported for payment?
We only accept RMB as well as US dollars (USD will be converted from RMB to US dollar at real-time exchange rate to calculate the price)
3. What are the payment procedures?
We recommend 100% one-time payment and lock the order for the customer as soon as possible to ensure that the purchased car is accurate and improve the efficiency of car delivery.
Another payment method is to pay 30% in advance. We will lock in the order for you. After completing the car export procedures, remit 70% of the balance to us when the car arrives at the port where it will be shipped.
With both payment methods, we will provide customers with VIN codes, car pictures, and videos within 2 working days, so that customers can be guaranteed the safety and reliability of the trade process.
4. How to ensure the time efficiency of the transaction process?
When we receive the customer's remittance, we will provide the car VIN code, pictures and videos (2 working days),
handle the car export trade procedures (3-6 working days),
and transport the car to the port where it will be shipped ( 3 days),
and the final transportation of the car to the designated port in the customer's country shall be subject to the time limit of the international freight company.
(15-45 days for sea transportation, 6-10 days for land transportation)
