Great Wall Motor is gearing up for the release of the Panzer 700 Hi4-T plug-in hybrid (Phev) SUV in the Chinese market, scheduled for February 26th. The anticipation for this launch began last year when the Tank 700 made its debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show.
